Kundalini Activation Training

September 3 - 6, 2026, San Mateo, California

If you’ve experienced the power of Kundalini Activation and have been feeling the call to hold space for others in this beautiful process this training is for you.

Duration

4 days in-person training

4 month Zoom calls following the training

Is this training for me?

The answer only comes from being honest with yourself. Do you feel the call?

You can enter this training to deepen your own practice or to hold space for others in their transformation.

This practice is suited for those who are sensitive to energy, as it is a path of surrender and allowing rather than will or effort. It relies on deep listening and embodied awareness, inviting those already attuned to the energy to explore the modality more fully.

This training will bring about a profound transformation on a spiritual, emotional, and physical level. Most likely, you will experience deep shifts in consciousness and self-realization. After the training, create space and time to integrate the practice. It's important to remember that we must always continue our spiritual growth to deepen the physical embodiment of this transmission, in order to maintain a powerful and safe space for others.

The Method

Learn how to facilitate a Kundalini Activation session from start to finish. This

includes session structure, timing, energetic presence, touch, integration, and

working with common challenges that may arise during the process.

Kundalini & Consciousness

Explore Kundalini through both traditional and contemporary perspectives, including yogic philosophy, energy systems, neuroscientific explanations, embodiment, and non-duality. We will also cover common activation experiences, safety protocols, contraindications, and ethical considerations.

Holding Space

Develop the skills needed to create a safe and supportive environment for transformation. Topics include presence, active listening, boundaries, emotional support, group facilitation, 1:1 work, immersion sessions, and post-session integration.

Music

Music is an essential part of the Kundalini Activation process. We will explore the importance of using a diverse range of music, frequencies, rhythms, and emotional tones to support different aspects of the journey. You will learn how to create playlists that offer variety, depth, and balance while supporting grounding, activation, and integration.

Building Your Practice

We will cover the practical foundations of sharing your work, including venue selection, pricing, marketing, collaborations and community partnerships, content creation, legal considerations, and professional responsibilities.

The intention is to help you build a practice that is aligned, ethical, and sustainable while remaining true to the essence of the work.

Practice

Facilitate and receive sessions throughout the training. Through hands-on practice, peer sharing, and observation, you will develop confidence, refine your skills, and deepen your understanding of the Kundalini Activation process.

Leeza Kaufman is a Kundalini Activation Process practitioner who received her training in June 2023, since then Leeza conducted sessions and retreats around the globe, working with people and communities in more than a dozen countries.

Leeza first tried Kundalini Activation in 2022 and it changed her life immediately. Alignment, clarity, confidence and connection to her authenticity became leading factors in her self-realization. A few months after her first activation, she felt a clear inner calling to begin holding space for others through this modality.

During these transmissions Leeza was shown that we need to grow and expand as a society, that existing paradigms limit our self-expression. She was feeling how fear-based conditions hold us all from experiencing deeper love and  that it is time for some socially-structured limits to go.

This understanding clarified her role: to create and hold intentional spaces where people who are ready for change can safely move through their own processes and meet themselves more fully.

Leeza has more than 10 years of experience in bodywork, she’s certified in hypnosis, somatic bodywork and yoga.
